Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Daure Perfumes. We take great pride in offering premium-quality perfumes and diffusers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, diffusers, and personal care items), returns are accepted only in specific cases:

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must include its original invoice, tags, and packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes/diffusers.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or with coupon discounts (unless damaged/defective).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid orders: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, once you provide the details.

Please note: Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging at support@daureperfumes.com.

Our support team will review and resolve your issue promptly.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, if they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
