Thank you for choosing Daure Perfumes! We strive to deliver your favorite fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
  • Please note that during peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors like weather conditions or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (displayed during checkout).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling charge of ₹50.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking link to monitor your order’s real-time status until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delays in Delivery

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier or logistical issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, festivals, etc.)

In such cases, we will notify you and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the package. Our support team will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund (as applicable).

7. International Shipping

Currently, Daure Perfumes ships only within India. We are working to expand our international delivery network soon.
